There are multiple ways for System Administrators to create users in the OWL Test Management System.
System Administrators with advanced functions have the ability to unlock OWL elements (e.g., Tests, Sections, Items).
The Portfolios feature allows an Instructor or Administrator to create a .zip file of all recordings a student.
Use the class roster to manually add or remove students, instructors or proctors.
Results Viewers can be added to an assignment. They can view the finalized results for their assignments.
Test Administrators can create new users from the Admin Menu.
