Good To Know

  • The Assignment Enrollments page allows OWL System Administrators to see enrollments on all the Assignment Rosters for their domain.
  • Each row represents a single roster entry -- a single user in one role on an assignment roster.
  • NOTE: A test taker enrollment cannot be deleted if the examinee has already launched the assignment.

 

 

 

How To Do It

 

  1. Go to Tools menu > Assignment Enrollments
  2. Use the page controls to filter
  3. and sort the page as needed
  4. To remove an assignment enrollment, select the entry with the checkbox
  5. Click Delete

 

 

 

Field Definitions

Tracking #

Unique system-generated number to identify the individual enrollment.

Assignment Name

Name of the assignment related to the enrollment.
 

Enrollee Last Name

Last name of the OWL user related to the enrollment.
 

Enrollee First Name

First name of the OWL user related to the enrollment.
 

Enrollee Username

OWL username of the person related to the enrollment.
 

Role

The role of the person related to the enrollment (i.e, which assignment roster the user is on.)
 

Primary

(For Rater Enrollments Only) Indicates the rater is priminary (i.e., this rater is eligible to receive initial blind rating requests for all responses.)
 

Secondary

(For Rater Enrollments Only) Indicates the rater is secondary (i.e., this rater receives a percentage of the responses to be rated in addition to the primary rater.)
 

Final

(For Rater Enrollments Only) When this rater performs an assessment, their assessment is automatically included in the final processing algorithm.
 

Assignment Tracking #

System-generated number to identify the OWL assignment.
 

Enrollee Tracking #

System-generated number to specific to the OWL user on the enrollment.
 

Roster Enrollment

(True/False) Not visible for all users. This column indicates the type of enrollment and is used to distinguish a users' inclusion on an assignment roster from their enrollment by means of a set connection. (see below).
 

Set Enrollment

(True/False) Not visible for all users. This column indicates if the user's enrollment is by means of a set connection.
