Good To Know

  • The Class Enrollments page allows OWL System Administrators to see enrollments on all the Class Rosters for their domain.
  • Each row represents a single roster entry -- a single user in one role (student, instructor, proctor) on a class roster.

 

 

 

How To Do It

 

  1. Go to Tools menu > Class Enrollments
  2. Use the page controls to Filter
  3. and Sort the page as needed by clicking on the column headers
  4. To remove an assignment enrollment, select the entry with the Checkbox
  5. Click Delete

 

 

 

Field Definitions

Tracking #

Unique system-generated number to identify the individual class enrollment.
 

Course

Name of the course related to the enrollment.
 

Section

Section of the class enrollment.
 

Year

Academic Year related to the class enrollment.
 

Term

Academic Term related to the class enrollment.
 

Location

Location related to the class enrollment.
 

Enrollee Last Name

Last name of the OWL user related to the enrollment.
 

Enrollee First Name

First name of the OWL user related to the enrollment.
 

Enrollee User Name

OWL username of the person related to the enrollment.
 

Role

The role of the person related to the enrollment
(Instructor, Student, Proctor)
 

Class Tracking #

System-generated number for the class of the enrollment.
 

Course Tracking #

System-generated number for the course of the class.
 

Year Tracking #

System-generated number for the year of the class.
 

Term Tracking #

System-generated number for the term of the class.
 

Location Tracking #

System-generated number for the location of the class.
 

Enrollee Tracking #

System-generated number to specific to the OWL user on the class enrollment.
