If you need to make changes, delete sample sessions / responses.
TIPS: Login as a sample student using the browser your test takers are likely to use in guest mode.

Login as Rater to Perform Rating (if applicable)
Finalize Assessments

Log in as a Student to View Results
TIPS: Even though you are not performing manual ratings, the OWL Rater Module is a useful tool to view and/or adjust auto-scoring for a response.
Run Reporting on Sample Responses
Download and Verify Response, Rating and Scoring Data
Carefully Delete Any Sample Responses to Unlock Test
TIPS: Download your Reporting to View Data as Spreadsheet or Import Data to Your Preferred Analytics Program * Repeat this Process Making Required Adjustments by Returning to Step 2.
FAQs
Why am I getting this message? "Authorization has been denied for this request"
This message typically appears when you have been logged into the OWL TMS for an extended period of time. The message appears in a pink box located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen when you have an expired browser token.
To resolve this error, simply take the following steps:
Logout of the OWL Test Management System
Start a New Browsing Session preferably in guest mode
Log back into OWL
